Reporting to the Director Talent Acquisition & Mobility – Optimization and Excellence, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and leading data capture and reporting for the Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility (TAGM) Function in a manner that provides meaningful insights to Newmont stakeholders globally.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $110,160-144,585. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.

About The Role
Reporting to the Director Talent Acquisition & Mobility – Optimization and Excellence, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and leading data capture and reporting for the Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility (TAGM) Function in a manner that provides meaningful insights to Newmont stakeholders globally.
Your Role Will Consist Of
- Maintaining and optimizing reporting on Talent Acquisition trends and costs.
- Establishing data capture for, and reporting on, Global Mobility trends and costs (internal/external, domestic/international).
- Conducting external labor market analysis relevant to Newmont jurisdictions that elaborates on trends for both Talent Acquisition and Global mobility.
- Tracking and reporting TAGM vendor performance against contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Partnering with TAGM vendors to optimize their reporting outputs.
- Analyzing and making recommendations on Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility process bottlenecks.
- Synthesizing disparate data sets from Newmont IT systems and establishing/maintaining data capture that supports functional and operational reporting suites for our company.
- Developing user guides and/or training on reporting suites.
- Providing thought leadership and make recommendations on data capture and analysis to regional counterparts.
- External benchmarking of, and making recommendations on, TAGM functional performance.
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of statistical and trend analysis with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Awareness of emerging trends and evolving challenges in the global labor market.
- Experience working with HRIS and CRM platforms, including SAP, SuccessFactors, and Phenom.
- Demonstrated cultural acuity through collaboration across diverse jurisdictions, including non-English speaking regions.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI Report Builder, and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and CRM tools.
- Working knowledge of digital workflow automation and internal approval systems.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on problem-solving and informed decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- This position is based at Denver Office or one of Newmont’s regional offices.
- The role involves collaborating across different time zones with global teams and stakeholders.
