- Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries catering to client preferences
- Review individual needs and wants to tailor trips specifically designed to meet their requirements
- Participate in ongoing training to earn and maintain travel certification
- Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations
- Act as an ambassador for our brand and collaborate with team members
- Provide suggested budgets for clients and plan trips within budget constraints
- Create promotional materials for effective marketing
- Stay updated on changes within the tourism industry, including travel restrictions
- Promptly respond to all travel inquiries and effectively manage time when researching trips
- Handle issues that may arise during bookings or travel for clients
- Maintain up-to-date information within our software
- Network with tour operators for potential package offerings to clients
- Participate in Familiarization (FAM) trips when possible
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Fluency in English is required
- Effective communication skills with a strong sales background as a plus
- Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory
- Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
