Role Overview:
As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, you'll engage in a variety of tasks, contributing to residential and commercial landscape projects. This role involves:
- Building patios, walls, plantings, water features, fire features, and low-voltage lighting
- Operating machinery like skid steers, saws, and compactors
- Working in diverse weather conditions
Experience and Qualifications:
Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate in specific areas. We're looking for:
- Consistent reliability and punctuality
- A strong work ethic and adaptability
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the role
- Spanish fluency is a plus
- A valid Oregon driver’s license is beneficial
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds consistently throughout the day
