The Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Coordinator at Newport Mental Health (NMH) will lead efforts to foster an inclusive, equitable, and culturally competent environment within our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This position is integral to aligning SDOH efforts with CCBHC standards, developing and implementing training programs, and establishing partnerships to support both internal staff development and broader community engagement. The SDOH Coordinator will also play a key role in building partnerships and coordinating care agreements to enhance service access, particularly within underserved populations.
