Newport Industries Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Division Managers to estimate and price projects.
- Responsible for ordering materials, submittal packages, and reviewing proposal specifications and drawings.
- Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work and entering items into computer estimating systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; fluency in English; minimum two years in construction-related industry, parking industry experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of general construction practices, including concrete construction, basic electrical knowledge, trenching, and underground boring.
- Working knowledge of Parking/Access/Revenue and Gate Operator Industries.
- Attention to detail, focused, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks, working in a team setting, as well as independently.
