Key responsibilities of the Event Manager:
- Event Planning: Meeting with clients to understand their needs, developing event proposals, designing layouts, selecting menus, and coordinating décor.
- Staff Management: Hiring, training, and scheduling banquet staff including servers, bartenders, and setup crew to ensure efficient event operations.
- Financial Management: Developing and adhering to event budgets, tracking expenses related to food, beverage, labor, and rentals. Assisting in the timely execution of accurate invoices to clients following the completion of the event.
