Mid-Level Trusts & Estates Associate (4–6 Years)
Location: Manhattan, NYC | Hybrid Flexibility
A highly respected, full-service law firm with offices across New York and the Eastern U.S. is seeking an Associate to join its growing Trusts & Estates group in the Manhattan office.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with two experienced partners at a multi-disciplinary firm known for its sophisticated clientele and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning, trust administration, and wealth preservation strategies
- Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Collaborate with tax, corporate, and real estate teams to provide integrated planning solutions
- Support business development initiatives and help manage client relationships
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of trusts & estates and/or tax experience at a reputable law firm. Candidates outside of this range on either end are still encouraged to apply.
- Strong background in estate planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
- Admission to the New York State Bar
