Primary Function
The Appraisal Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Appraisal Fulfillment Department. The department oversees all appraisal assignments in progress for Direct to Consumer, Retail, and TPO channels and ensures all aspects of appraiser independence compliance are met. The Appraisal Coordinator works together with several departments as necessary, including Sales, Collateral Review, Underwriting, Processing, and Production to provide efficient fulfillment of appraisal reports for loan origination.
