Role Overview

I’m looking for a Head of Avionics to drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge electronics systems for spacecraft. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll oversee the architecture, integration, and testing of avionics systems, working cross-functionally to ensure successful mission outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Avionics Leadership : Lead the end-to-end design, development, and testing of spacecraft avionics systems, including power management, communication systems, and data handling.
• System Validation : Ensure all avionics hardware and software undergo rigorous validation to meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
• Team Development : Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers to deliver results at pace.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with teams across engineering, mission operations, and leadership to align on key deliverables and timelines.
