Reporting to the Vice President of Construction and Development, you will lead and coordinate ground-up development projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful execution.

Contribute to strategic project planning to maximize asset value.

Develop and manage Development Budgets in line with company policies.

Supervise and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.

Administer contracts, track compliance, and manage documentation.

Prepare RFPs/RFQs, analyze bids, and negotiate contracts.

Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and municipal requirements.

Support budgeting, financial oversight, and contractor payment approvals.

Serve as a primary contact for vendors, contractors, and consultants.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage risk.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

35 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management.

Strong understanding of construction methods, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation.

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
