Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic.
Job Duties:
- Work directly with existing office administration to complete the below job requirements.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Assist in scheduling and ordering material for project managers and field staff.
- Assist in coordination of insurance documents and
- Maintain and organize company files, both digital and physical.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices.
- Assist in the organization and execution of A/P and A/R.
- Assist with payroll.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with employee onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks.
- Track and manage customer service requests and ensure follow-ups.
- Support the team in planning and coordinating projects, including logistics and timelines.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
