We are in search of an Implant treatment coordinator. Primary role's include understanding the patient's primary concern's, educating on the various implant restorative options and diagnostic records. The ideal candidate is confidant in discussing the treatment recommendations, making financial arrangements and serving as the primary patient contact throughout the treatment process .
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing patients through effective communication and caring.
- Meet with scheduled consults to discover their needs and how we can help them achieve their goals.
- Continual training to best understand each patients possible options.
- Utilize multiple financing options to help patients meet their needs as necessary.
- Communicate effectively and properly document patient communications within their chart notes.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team members to help the patient achieve their goals with implant dentistry .
Requirements:
- Proven experience in dentistry. Knowledge of dental implant options.
- Strong organizational skills to manage patient needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clinical and administrative team as well as patients.
- Ability to discuss financial options with patients
- Proficient in Eaglesoft, Weave, Cerec, Invisalign, CT Scanning and dental terminology.
