Role Overview
As a Logistics Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team by managing documentation, coordinating shipments, communicating with clients, coordinating drivers and ensuring compliance with regulations.
This position demands a high level of accuracy and the ability to function effectively in a dynamic environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare and process shipping documents in alignment with company standards.
- Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment information for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Assist in resolving shipment-related issues and customer inquiries.
- Support the logistics team with administrative tasks as needed.
