Shift: 3 12 shifts, every other weekend rotation
Hours: 7a-7p, or 7p-7a

Our team at Blueridge Vista Behavioral Hospital provides professional, compassionate care for adults and seniors in need of behavioral health services in the Cincinnati, Oh area. Specializing in treatment of symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, acute psychosis and other mental health crises. Our team of highly trained doctors and clinicians work closely to develop and oversee individualized care plans, with the goal of building the self-reliance and confidence needed for individuals to integrate safely back into their communities.

The Role Itself
- Supervises MHT’s, delegating tasks and monitoring patients for changes in condition.
- Follows hospital policy for medication administration and transcribes/administers physician orders accurately.
- Delivers quality nursing care, ensuring treatment plan goals are executed, and documents patient progress.
- Interacts with patients and groups, enhancing communication and upholding patient rights.
- Monitors detox protocols and communicates patient responses to the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
- Orientates patients/families to the program, preserves confidentiality.
