Manager, Email Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned and talented self-starter to join the NewYork-Presbyterian MarComm team. In this role, you will leverage your strategic, technical, and creative skills to manage our overall email strategy and delivery to our patients and physicians. You will be responsible for the design and execution of innovative email marketing campaigns that engage our audience and drive engagement behaviors by leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert, you will analyze customer and channel data to create new strategies to optimize and prioritize campaigns for reach, performance, and other business KPIs. This is a full time position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and the ability for 1 day remote.
Preferred CriteriaExperience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder and Journey BuilderRequired Criteria
Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university5 years of marketing experience with a corporation or advertising agencyOutstanding interpersonal and communications skillsWorking knowledge in CRM, Marketing Automation and Analytics toolsDemonstrated experience in synthesizing data into storiesWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook)Ability for flexibility in scheduling, as some evenings and weekends may be requiredJoin a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
