Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Strategist to join our team. As an Email marketer, you will thrive on writing strategic campaigns that generate immediate sales.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding copywriting skills, strong business acumen, and enjoy working in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and develop compelling offers (both short and long-form copy) that drive conversions
- Manage Email calendar, including selecting campaigns, maintaining calendar layout, writing copy, and analyzing and reporting results
- Identify new opportunities to increase KPIs through automation, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Use your own creative abilities and data skills to enhance and refine our proven marketing methodology
- Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance to make data-driven decisions
- Test new strategies to build audiences, increase engagement and boost reach
- Coordinate and align marketing efforts with business operations to launch new training events and products
Requirements:
- Experience ideating, writing, and analyzing Email campaigns
- Proven success with Email copywriting (please submit examples with your resume)
- College Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism or related field and/or relevant experience
- Ability to measure Email performance using analytics tools and sales reports
- Ability to articulate strategy and tell stories with data
- Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
- Direct response copywriting
- Online course marketing
- Live event marketing
- Basic HTML skills a plus
- Familiarity with PowerBi, Excel, Hubspot, and Google Analytics
