Overview :
The Manager, Radiology IT Systems leads and mentors a team of five RIS / PACS Analysts, ensuring high performance and engagement. This role is responsible for implementing and supporting Radiology and Dental software applications, collaborating with clinical leaders to align IT solutions with business needs, and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership & Development :
Manage, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for RIS / PACS Analysts.
Lead the implementation and daily support of Radiology and Dental IT systems.
Design, modify, and enhance system programs while assessing their impact on existing production environments.
Participate in hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
This role is an onsite role ,therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range :
133,500-$217,500 / Annual
