Patient Financial Services Manager

In this role, you will provide work direction, assign and/or schedule work, conducts on-the-job training, answer job related questions, prepares performance evaluations, and recommend appropriate personnel actions for assigned staff. You will also assists in the interpretation and implementation of personnel and departmental policies and procedures. The manager acts as liaison between Department Director, higher leadership and staff. As a manager you will also maintain effective communication with employees and other departments and/or outside agencies to ensure efficient departmental operation.
Preferred Criteria
Degree or major in Accounting or Business
Required Criteria
Three to five years of previous work related experience
Knowledge of Management Skills, Credit & Collection Practices, Third Party Billing & Reimbursement Methods
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
