Practice Operations Improvement Specialist - Full Time - Days - Midtown
The Practice Operations Improvement Specialist serves as a leadership change agent to develop improvement strategies and facilitate complex process optimization projects as assigned to achieve measurable and beneficial impacts to the Enterprise strategic priorities. Collaborates with a diverse range of clinical and administrative personnel and executive leadership to design, implement and evaluate improvement initiatives. Contributes to the execution of the department vision and strategies by identifying and executing improvement opportunities.
This position is based out of our corporate office in Midtown Manhattan. Hybid work schedule available. On-site presence required; therefore, should live within a commutable distance. No relocation assistance available.

Preferred Criteria
- Master's Degree
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, Blackbelt, or other Continuous Quality Improvement Certification
- 3 years in practice or contact center operations preferably in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of CRM implementation
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in process and system improvement preferably in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of desktop computer application and clinical database concepts
- Self-motivated individual with excellent team building abilities
