The Supervisor serves as the front line financial steward for operations; ensuring sound registration, authorization, and charge capture practices to prevent any revenue loss and ensure compliance with revenue cycle protocols. The supervisor leads and participates in process improvement and quality projects focusing on reducing wait times, efficiencies, and throughput. The Supervisor ensures a high quality of care and experiences is delivered to patients and family, and provides service recovery when necessary.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

$74,000-$97,600/Annual

Preferred Criteria
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to focus detailed, concentrated effort to multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary
- Ability to effectively respond to time sensitive issues
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate activity in a busy environment within the context of a large medical center and health care delivery system.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years’ work experience
