Talent Management Lead - Talent Development - Human Resources
The Lead Talent Management (TM) Consultant is a strategic business partner and coach who works closely with Senior Leadership, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development and Organizational Development Leadership and other organizational stakeholders to support strategic talent planning priorities. In this role, you will work across the entire organization, execute the coordination of talent planning and succession management activities to achieve business goals and create an internal bench of top talent. You'll leverage an agile, growth mindset to improve organizational talent and succession processes, increase connections, and support a strong organizational culture. In addition, you will independently builds strong relationships across the organization to empower success.
This is a full time, day shift position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and the ability for 1 day remote.
Preferred Criteria
Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

- Masters degree in business, organizational behavior, HR management, or related field
- Experience in talent and succession management, learning and development, and consulting
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business, or related field
- 5-7 years of HR experience
