Administrative Support Coordinator - Infant Hearing - Days - Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital

The Administrative Support Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a baby friendly environment in the Newborn Hearing Center at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital..  The administrative support coordinator actively interacts with patients and parents, interdisciplinary departments and hospital leaders.  The primary job responsibilities include but not limited to calling parents, answering phones, confirming appointments, interacting with Early Intervention, filing and ordering supplies.

The hours for this position can be either 8am to 4pm or 7:30am to 3:30pm, between Mondays and Fridays. This position is located at NYP/Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital.

Required criteria:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Some customer service and secretarial/clerical experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, computer literacy and good writing skills required.

Preferred Criteria

  • Bilingual in Spanish strongly desired
  • Some college credit preferred

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

$27.15-$39.49/Hourly
