Position: RN - Case Manager
Pay Rate: $60 - $67/hr on W2
Location: Glenwood Springs, CO
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Shift: 3-12's or 4-10's YOU CHOOSE! This is a full-time day position with weekend rotation, no call.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
- Assists Valley View inpatients and outpatients and their families in the overall Management of their plan of care across the continuum.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ·Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- · State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- · Minimum of 3 year's RN Case Management Experience is required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $67.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
