Utilize our lender platform, close more loans and earn more per transaction than anywhere else, with access to NEXA coaching and marketing support daily, plus the option for lead generation assistance, option to be W2 or 1099, and are encouraged to be licensed in multiple states.

Role Description:
- Assist clients in obtaining mortgage loans; guide them through the application and approval process.
- Maintain communication with processor and borrower’s real estate agent through closing.
- Market in your area to self-generate loan opportunities.
Qualifications:
- NMLS Origination Licensed for states in the US.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to network, self-promote.
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with loan origination software is a plus
- Relevant certifications and licenses (NMLS, state-specific licenses)
