As a Youth Environmental Intern at NexaYouth, you will play a key role in promoting awareness and action on critical environmental issues. This internship is ideal for high school and undergraduate students passionate about environmental advocacy, public health, and education.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on environmental and health topics to create engaging content for NexaYouth’s platform.
- Assist in planning and executing advocacy campaigns, workshops, and community events.
- Develop educational resources that simplify complex environmental topics for youth audiences.
- Collaborate on social media strategies to raise awareness and drive engagement.
- Support partnership building with schools, organizations, and community groups.
Qualifications:
- High school or undergraduate student with a strong interest in environmental issues, public health, advocacy, or education.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in team settings.
- Experience with social media platforms or content creation is a plus but not required.
