Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as an Assembly & Powder Coat Floater! This Temp-to-Hire role offers steady work, a 4-day schedule, and full benefits upon hire. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and like a dynamic environment, this could be a great fit!

Responsibilities 

•   Assist with assembly of final products, ensuring proper part usage.

•   Support powder coating processes (training provided).

•   Visually inspect parts and products to meet quality standards.

•   Follow work instructions and safety protocols to maintain high productivity.

•   Cross-train in multiple areas of the plant, helping where needed.

•   Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

•   Assembly experience required (powder coating experience a plus, but not necessary).

•   Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and self-motivation.

•   Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly and stand for long periods.

•   Basic skills in reading blueprints, bills of materials, and using measuring tools.

•   Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork and quality.

Pay

$16.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:00pm (10-hour shifts)
