Responsibilities:
- Inventory Accuracy: Conduct quality control checks to ensure product accuracy in shipments.
- Warehouse Operations: Sort, pack, inspect, and prepare merchandise for distribution.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist with order fulfillment, processing, and tracking shipments.
- Data Management: Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Product Auditing: Monitor and inspect shipments to verify order accuracy and quality standards.
- Organization & Safety: Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse workspace while following all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Required: Spanish/English bilingual (MUST be fluent in both languages).
- Required: Some experience in a Distribution Center, Warehouse Clerk, 3PL, or similar warehouse environment.
- Required: Ability to operate RF scanners and navigate warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Required: Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Preferred: Some familiarity with quality control and inventory management.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite in Irving, TX.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds or more) and perform tasks that involve prolonged standing, walking, and bending.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and vendors.
Pay
$15.00 Per Hour
