Job Description

Nexeo HR is looking for a Billing and Collections Agent to join our team in Logan, UT . This is a great opportunity to grow your career with comprehensive training provided. While prior experience with insurance companies, call centers, or receptionist duties is a plus, it’s not required. Responsibilities

Oversee billing and collections processes with precision and efficiency to ensure accuracy.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, including cold calls, to address payment concerns and resolve account inquiries.
Foster professional communication with clients, insurance companies, and internal team members to maintain strong relationships.
Maintain meticulous records of all billing and collections activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
Proactively address and resolve discrepancies, offering effective solutions to billing issues.
Adhere to company policies and compliance standards, including successfully passing a national background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in PC software with the ability to quickly adapt to and learn new systems.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.

Highly adaptable and maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Previous experience with insurance companies, call centers, or receptionist roles is a plus, but not required.

Must successfully pass a national background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.

19.00 - $21.00 Per Hour DOE

Schedule

Day Shift | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM | Monday - Friday
