Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.

• Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.

• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of approvals, builds, and setups to align with project requirements.

• Communicate regularly with internal teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Graphics, Account Services, Sales) and external stakeholders to provide updates, solicit feedback, and address concerns.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.

• Manage project resources, including labor, budgets, equipment, and third-party vendors, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of project objectives.

• Ensure adherence to quality management principles, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Lead project crews of two or more, providing supervision and problem-solving during builds or installations.

• Oversee financial processes, including requesting purchase orders, reconciling payments, and managing changes to invoices or sales orders.

• Proactively address issues and obstacles, analyzing root causes and developing effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams effectively, ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and foster collaboration.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana for planning, tracking, and reporting.

• Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management techniques to control project costs.

• Understanding of quality management principles to ensure high standards in deliverables.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and project deliverables.

• Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, assess risks, and develop sound judgments.

• Effective conflict management and risk mitigation abilities to ensure smooth project progression.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to collect feedback and adjust project plans to meet evolving client needs.

• Demonstrated experience in project management within tradeshow build or manufacturing environments.

• Proven track record of completing projects on time, within budget, and exceeding quality expectations.

• Experience managing budgets, resources, and third-party vendor relationships.

Pay

Salaried | $70k - $80k

Schedule

Day Shift | 8:00 AM -5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

*Overtime as needed
