Graphics Finishing Technician

Nexeo HR is seeking a Graphics Finishing Technician to join our team in the Las Vegas area. This role focuses on sign finishing, test fitting, and CNC cutting within the production department. As a Graphics Finishing Technician, you will be responsible for manufacturing fabric graphics, signs, decals, vinyl banners, billboards, and trade show booths. You will work with a variety of equipment, including laminators, CNC routers, hand tools, and industrial sewing machines, while following standardized sheets, drawings, samples, and verbal instructions. Responsibilities

• Perform sign finishing, test fitting, and CNC cutting for various graphics and signage projects.

• Manufacture and assemble fabric graphics, signs, decals, vinyl banners, billboards, and trade show booths.

• Operate and maintain finishing equipment, including laminators, CNC routers, hand tools, and industrial sewing machines.

• Assist in print production, including cutting, finishing, laminating, and other post-print processes.

• Proof and inspect finished signs and graphics to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness.

• Follow standardized sheets, drawings, samples, and verbal instructions to complete tasks efficiently.

• Measure, trim, and prepare materials for production using precision cutting tools.

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation and longevity.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to convey information clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a cooperative, enthusiastic, and professional manner.

• Able to follow clearly defined policies and procedures, troubleshoot straightforward issues, and seek guidance when needed.

• Ability to safely lift, move, or carry objects weighing 30 lbs. without assistance.

• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Pay

$16.00 - $19.00 Per Hour DOE

Schedule

Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday – Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
