Responsibilities
• Book and coordinate carriers for domestic shipments.
• Track and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and handling requests.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
• Ensure quick turnarounds on customer requests and maintain a high level of responsiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving for any logistical challenges that arise.
Qualifications
• Previous logistics experience in freight forwarding (warehouse experience is not required).
• Strong communication skills, particularly via email and phone.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A sense of urgency and responsibility when handling customer requests and shipments.
• Prior experience in domestic shipping and logistics is preferred.
Pay
$20.75 - $26.00 Per Hour DOE
Schedule
Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday
