Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the recruiting team across the Las Vegas and Henderson branches.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring needs.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure performance, efficiency, and alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly.
Qualifications
55,000 - $75,000 Annual Base Salary DOE Commissions and Bonus Opportunities
Schedule
Full-Time | Day Shift | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM | Monday – Friday
