Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team in Concord, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging business needs with Salesforce capabilities, ensuring seamless system integrations, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires expertise in Salesforce configuration, business process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes within Salesforce, ensuring best practices and scalability.
- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for Salesforce enhancements and implementations.
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to design and implement custom solutions.
- Support system integrations with third-party applications and other enterprise platforms.
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation to support business objectives.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support adoption and best practices.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related configurations.
- Experience with declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
- Understanding of Salesforce security models, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Asana.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification is a must to have.
- Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and APIs is a plus.
