HR / Payroll Coordinator

This position is for a part-time (around 20-25 hours a week) Monday- Friday position to assist HR and payroll.

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate recruiting / staffing process.
- Perform all required pre-employment background checks and license / certification verification.
- Administer new hire orientation.
- Prepare all required documentation necessary to process payroll.
- Maintain personnel files.
- Participate in the Nexion Neighbor Program.
- Compile and maintain report data as assigned.
