Responsibilities :

  • Professionally answer all incoming calls to the facility.
  • Greet and assist all guests of the facility.
  • Complete other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of experience operating a multiline telephone system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
