If you thrive in a fastpaced environment where problemsolving meets innovation this role is for you. < / p> What Youll Do < / strong>< / p> Remote IT Support & Troubleshooting < / strong>< / p> Act as the first line of defense for IT issues responding to and resolving tickets related to hardware software and network connectivity. < / p> Diagnose and troubleshoot VPN cloud storage and remote desktop issues ensuring uninterrupted workflow for engineering teams. < / p> Assist employees with application errors system crashes and security alerts keeping disruptions to a minimum. < / p> System Maintenance & Optimization < / strong>< / p> Monitor and maintain companyissued devices virtual desktops and cloudbased workstations. < / p> Oversee software updates security patches and performance enhancements for all users. < / p> Configure and manage access permissions user accounts and multifactor authentication (MFA) to maintain security. < / p> Network Security & Compliance < / strong>< / p> Ensure data integrity and cybersecurity compliance implementing security best practices to protect sensitive engineering files. < / p> Assist in IT audits and risk assessments identifying vulnerabilities and strengthening our security posture. < / p> Educate employees on phishing threats secure password practices and data protection. < / p> Collaboration & Process Improvement < / strong>< / p> Work closely with engineering project management and executive teams to align IT infrastructure with business needs. < / p> Develop IT documentation troubleshooting guides and training materials for endusers. < / p> Identify and recommend automation solutions to enhance efficiency. < / p> What Youll Need < / strong>< / p> Technical Skills & Experience < / strong>< / p> Proficiency in Windows macOS and Linux environments. < / p> Handson experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365 Google Workspace AWS or Azure). < / p> Strong knowledge of remote support tools (TeamViewer AnyDesk or RDP). < / p> Experience managing VPNs firewalls and endpoint security solutions. < / p> Familiarity with construction or engineering software (AutoCAD BIM or project management tools) is a plus. < / p> Soft Skills & Mindset < / strong>< / p> Ability to troubleshoot independently and resolve issues efficiently in a remote setting. < / p> Excellent communication skills able to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users. < / p> A proactive problemsolving mindsetalways looking for ways to improve IT workflows. < / p> Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fastmoving environment. < / p> Eligibility Requirements < / p> USBased Candidates Only This role requires availability during business hours in US time zones to support our teams effectively. < / p> No Visa Sponsorship We do not provide visa sponsorship.
