PRIMARY FUNCTION

Under the direction of the IT Manager, Technician will operate, maintain, construct on all required IT infrastructure.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Construct, operate, and maintain IT infrastructure, including server rooms, servers, network, ensuring robust performance and security.
• Deliver high-quality IT services adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA) within the ITIL framework, covering user accounts, computing devices, printers, telephone, conferencing systems, and other IT applications.
• Manage IT assets throughout their entire lifecycle, complete with thorough documentation and record-keeping.
• Collaborate in the deployment of IT projects, contributing to strategic planning and execution.
• Fulfill additional tasks as directed by the department head, supporting a wide range of IT functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. (Preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft ecosystems, including Windows Client/Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Systems, and Office 365.
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues with a systematic approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of technical discussions and collaborative teamwork.
• IT Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, ITIL, PMP, etc.) will be viewed favorably.
• An autonomous work ethic with the capacity to engage effectively in team settings.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a significant asset.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to work 12-HR shifts.
• 20/20 vision with proper eyewear if required.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
