Job Summary:
As a Loader Operator, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to accurately load and unload materials, ensuring efficient production and delivery of products. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loaders and other heavy machinery to move, load, and unload materials such as aggregate and powder.
- Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, with a demonstrated clean driving record.
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery, preferably in a construction or ready-mix environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification for operating heavy machinery is a plus.
