Job Responsibilities:
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, families, and staff. Your role will include a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, including:
Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Responding to emails and faxes, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Greeting and checking in clients and parents as they arrive at the office.
Assisting with note revisions and ensuring documentation is properly handled.
Managing and organizing office schedules.
Multitasking to assist with day-to-day operations in the office.
Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluency in both languages is required.
Previous front desk or administrative experience is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
Experience in a healthcare or ABA setting is a plus but not required.
