Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various trades, demonstrating proficiency in both construction and maintenance tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Tradesman will be responsible for executing projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Duties

• Perform stucco application and repair to enhance building aesthetics and durability.
• Execute frame carpentry tasks, including constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures.
• Fabricate components as needed for various projects, ensuring precision and quality.
• Lay tiles with attention to design and functionality, ensuring proper alignment and finish.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
• Conduct electrical work, including installations and repairs, adhering to safety regulations.
• Weld metal components as required for structural integrity in projects.
• Implement hardscape designs, including patios and walkways, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
• Utilize Bluebeam software for project planning, documentation, and collaboration with team members.
• Apply caulking to seal joints and openings in structures to prevent moisture infiltration.

Experience
Candidates should have a proven track record of working in various trades with hands-on experience in the following areas:

• Proficiency in stucco application and repair techniques.
• Experience in frame carpentry with an understanding of building codes and safety practices.
• Familiarity with fabrication processes for custom components.
• Knowledge of tile laying techniques with an eye for detail in design execution.
• Competence in using power tools safely across different applications.
• Background in electrical work with relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in welding practices for metalwork applications.
• Skills in hardscape installation with an understanding of landscape design principles.
• Proficiency in using Bluebeam or similar software for project management purposes is a plus.
• Strong caulking skills to ensure effective sealing of structures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
