The Maintenance Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the maintenance team, ensuring a smooth flow of information and efficient execution of maintenance activities. This role is responsible for processing purchase requisitions, goods receipts, and data entry into SAP and other site computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process purchase requisitions and goods receipts
• Enter data from maintenance execution activities into SAP and other site computer systems
• Communicate maintenance data to proper roles for potential improvement opportunities
• Manage process updates for maintenance procedures and equipment files
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and storeroom management tasks
• Support maintenance team with job planning, kitting, and staging activities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite and learn new computer systems and software applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and expand scope of responsibility over time
Work Environment:
The Maintenance Operations Coordinator will work in a high-hazard environment, outdoors, indoors, and at elevated heights. Required PPE includes steel toes, hard hat, protective eyewear, face mask, chemical suits, thermal suits, respirators, etc.
