- Location: Ridgewood School (2421 St Paris Pike, Springfield, OH 45504).
- Dates: June 9th to June 27th.
- Grades: Prek-2nd.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- First week: June 9th - June 13th from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. (Pay rate: $300/week)
- Second week: June 16th - June 20th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM. (Pay rate: $550/week)
- Third week: June 23rd - June 27th from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. (Pay rate: $300/week)
- Nexplore Enrichments (www.nexploreusa.com): is an after-school program. You will be teaching our Mini Camp programs to school-age children. Curriculum and materials are provided.
Qualifications:
- Part-time, Temporary Position.
- Passion for education and fostering the joy of learning in children.
- Experience working with children.
- Educational (development or training) experience.
- Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
- Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Willing to complete a background check and fingerprints.
- Willing to complete mandatory training.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in various camp activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among campers.
- Facilitate sports and educational activities, adapting to the needs of individual participants.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding camper progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized camp space, ensuring all equipment is safe and ready for use.
Summary
