Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as part-time & full-time Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient services and support, working closely with patients, providers, and referral sources.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from patients and providers.
- Verify patient information and answer questions.
- Enter data into the client's patient portal.
- Help patients set appointments.
- Provide technical support as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
