- Collaborate with internal teams for long-term business and technology planning.
- Identify and create partnerships :
- Identify and engage prospective clients in the CVD thin film diamond market.
- Leverage industry networks, market intelligence, and recruitment partnership to generate new business leads.
- Manage and support partnership discussions and assist in potential contract negotiations.
- Revenue growth :
