Your primary responsibility will be to provide support in all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring events run smoothly and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning Support:
- Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, vendor management, and budgeting.
- Conduct research on venues, vendors, and suppliers, and assist in negotiations to secure favorable contracts.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain detailed records of event plans, budgets, and communications.
- Prepare and distribute event-related documents, such as invitations, schedules, and promotional materials.
- Vendor and Client Coordination:
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm details and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on event progress.
- On-Site Event Support:
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and teardown.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
- Post-Event Follow-Up:
- Collect and organize feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to evaluate event success.
