Job Summary
The Assistant Event Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of events to ensure their success. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and creative individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will assist with logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event support to deliver high-quality experiences for clients and attendees.
Key Responsibilities

Event Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in the development of event concepts, themes, and timelines.
- Support the creation and maintenance of event budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure services and materials.

Logistics Management:
- Help with travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation for attendees or speakers.
- Assist in obtaining permits, licenses, and other necessary documentation for events.
- Prepare event materials, including signage, badges, and promotional items.

On-Site Support:
- Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting during events to resolve any issues.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, attendees, and other stakeholders.

Communication and Promotion:
- Collaborate on event marketing strategies and assist with social media promotion.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, or attendees in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update guest lists, RSVP details, and event registrations.

- Assist in gathering feedback and compiling reports for analysis.
- Coordinate post-event thank-you notes or follow-up communications.

Qualification
