You will be responsible for supporting our customer service team by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with our services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and other customer service tasks
