Job Summary :
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at Next Coms Talk. This individual will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and support various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating room bookings and providing necessary materials.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and faxing as needed.
- Assist with maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering when necessary.
- Maintain and update contact information and other relevant data in the company’s database.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and visitor logistics as required.
- Assist in other ad hoc administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor.
