Job Summary
The Front Desk Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and reception area. This position is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer support, and overseeing front desk staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in office management, and have a customer-focused mindset.
Experience Required
- Auto accident patients
- Able to manage medical office that has 25 or more patients/day
- Verifying coverages for new patients with auto insurance companies
- Manage/scheduling transportation for patients that need transportation
- EMR software (we currently use webpt)
Responsibilities
- Get patients to love/respect you immediately
- Take charge/lead our patients
- Getting patients to show up for their physical therapy appointments 3x/week
- Need to take over the position immediately with basic training
