What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Manager (Dental) position at Zoma Dental?
We’re hiring an experienced Front Desk Manager at Zoma Dental.
We are a family practice that focuses on patient care. We also have an amazing team that's wonderful to work with.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is a team player, always willing to help, and has a great friendly personality.
Requirements:
· Must have at least 5 years of experience in the dental field.
· Must have experience working with Eaglesoft
Responsibilities:
· Manage front desk team and patient related issues.
· Manage the overall schedule to make sure it's full.
· Oversea scheduling to make sure new patients are scheduled within 24 hours.
· Make sure all patients sign a Treatment Plan and make payments upfront.
· Make sure AR is low & ensure past due accounts are followed up on.
· Make sure all front desk team are fully trained.
· Meet with the dentist to coordinate activities regarding patients.
· Goals should be set for the next week and everyone should agree on these goals.
· New policies should be distributed and discussed as needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
